Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the chalice. Pleasant aroma of apricot, peach, and resins in the nose. Sudsy and tangy on the tongue. Fairly sweet to start with big malty flavor. Tastes of peach and finishes with a bitter note. This is very fruity and seriously hopped up, like an IPA, but just restrained enough to slip under the Pilsner bar. Quite tasty with more astringency than is good for it. From the 16 oz can purchased at the beer store. Dated 8/22/25.
