Clear golden yellow brew with adequate foam in the tall Blanche de Chambly glass. Aroma of cereal and a hint of peach. A little lacking in carbonation but clean and malty. Flavor is quite restrained but leaves a pleasant malty aftertaste with a hint of resin and grassy hops (Hallertau Mittelfrüh). No actual bitterness but overall it's pleasant and tangy with a mellow finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at Special Brews in Lynnwood. Dated 5/1/25.
