Clear yellow-amber with abundant foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Highly fragrant with fruit, flowers, and cut grass. Mouthfeel is light and lively. Moderate bitterness with a winey finish. Quite citrus flavored with lemon peel and grapefruit in the aftertaste. Resiny and then a deep peachy dark taste with stems and seeds. Seems like too much of a good thing, but certainly interesting. Moderately sweet and the fruit never ends.
Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, and dry-hopped with Abstrax Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Nectarine & Nelson.
