Our line of Ungespundet Lagerbiers are modeled after the inspiring and subtle detail in classical German brewing traditions. However, the value of transgressive philosophy being ever-present in our sphere, these are distinctly Foreign Objects Ungespundet Lagerbiers. Marked by delicate full aromas and soft bitterness from our abundant-yet-precise hop use, rustic natural earthiness from our temperate lagering process, and a naturally unfiltered glow, these beers are our homage to the lost beauty of subtlety and precision, honored and transmuted into these beautiful lagers.

Poured a cloudy yellow-gold body with great head and lace ring down glass. Citric, earthy aroma with some dirtiness and hint of pils malt. Smooth, light, easy to drink, mild pils malt sweetness underneath a bitter, earthy hoppiness with a smidge of funky dryness.

Pours a very hazy yellow with significant and persistent head.
Aroma is strong but very pleasant. Citrus up front followed by some floral notes.
Taste is citrus and lemon, with a mildly bitter aftertaste.
As noted by others, really more IPAish than Pilsner.

This beer looks, smells, tastes and feels like an IPA. Very unorthodox pilsner. There is a good foamy head and a citrus flavor profile. Very hazy appearance with lots of sediment in the bottom of the glass. I couldn't recommend this if you're a fan of pilsners, but if you're an IPA fan and want a lower ABV its a good choice.

A bit hazy for a Pils, nice white head, pretty lacing.
The aromas were the best part of this experience for me. Gorgeous floral, herbal, piney and citrusy aromas unlike any pilsner I've had.
Nice bitterness, more than usual for this style, but I like it. Good, clean flavors, great food beer for something light like raw shellfish, veggie dishes, light poultry.
Overall I think this resembles an IPA as much as a pilsner, so to me not the most traditional. This would be a great recommendation to someone who likes IPAs but wants to branch out into other styles.

Pours a nice foamy head, nice dry finish with just the right amount of bite. Really pretty pale yellow color. Would get again.

16 oz can poured into a Pilsner glass.
Appearance
Extra hazy blonde. 2 fingers of creamy white head.
Nose
Sunshine, lemon zest, and Fruity Pebbles.
Taste
Lemon zest, Fruity Pebbles, and sunshine. Cereal grain maltiness. Simple, pungent, and hoppy.
Mouthfeel
Light bodied, creamy, and smooth.
Overall
Simple and enjoyable. Reminds me of Southern Tier's Hop Sun, but costs twice as much.

Foreign Objects Beer Company "Sonnenaufgang"
One Pint can, "CANNED ON: 11/07/2018 #46234 10:18"
$4.99 @ Knightly Spirits O.B.T., Orlando, FL
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a very hazy yellow gold body beneath a frothy head of white. The aroma is loaded with hop resins. It's citrusy and lightly tropical, and unfortunately somewhat catty. The flavor follows with bright citrus, guava, and passionfruit notes atop a firm base of grassy pilsner malt. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry with citrus and resins fading while a stiff bitterness lingers. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp-then-smooth across the tongue. "Sonnenaufgang" translates from German to sunrise and I can see why they've named it that. It's a little like a New England-style IPA, but in this case it's a pilsner. Worth trying!

Hazy pale straw with two fingers of somewhat soupy, near-white head. Strong effervescence. Good lacing.
Citrus (yuzu, clementine and lime), cut grass, lemongrass and grain in the nose.
Wonderful graininess and dull bitterness in the taste, but with a strong citrus element that I find jarring.
Medium bodied, lightly creamy and surprisingly still.
This strayed too far from what I expect from a pilsner to work for me. It’s like a high-quality pils blended with a heavily-fruited witbier. My wife, who likes world-class saisons and sours, said it was one of the best beers she’s ever had.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a webbing of white lacing on the surface and a collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with notes of bready and grainy malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of grassy hops and grainy malts and a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this pilsener to be quite enjoyable and a good representation of the style. It did a good job at showcasing both the hops and malts.
