I have had this a handful of times at the brewery and around town.
A: Pours a clear, almost rustic golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms, that recedes quickly. Lace is left behind.
S: Sweet malts and cereal grains. Neutral, to nonexistent hops. The nose is fairly neutral.
T: Sweet and slightly sour malts. Sourdough and cereal grains. Again, no hop character. While I don't want a lot of hops for the style, a bit of Saaz/Noble spiciness would be welcome.
M/O: A medium body and medium carbonation. Not as crisp and clean as I would like. Though overall, not hard to drink, and I have come back to this a few times. Wish the alcohol was a bit less for the style.
This is an OK lighter option at the brewery, as they tend to be too high on the hops and ABV at times (even this is a bit high on the alcohol for the style IMO). Though this has never hit with me the way I would like. Not bad, but needs just a little extra something for me that I can't really pin down (maybe a dry Noble hop character would really help here).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
