A: Pours a perfectly clear golden/copper color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and some lace is left behind.
S: A big bready malt character up front in the nose. Hops come next with a spicy note and a lemon/grassy finish. Simple but very nice.
T: Follows the nose, and the malt character is wonderful. From bready/cracker like to a nutty flavor and even some sweetness. Spicy hops, grassy and lemon rind, light lingering bitterness.
M/O: A light to medium body. Great effervescent carbonation. Crisp and super clean. This is a great lager and one I have come back to pretty much every time I visit the brewery.
IMO, the best that Great Heights has done so far. A really clean and well made lager, that I like almost as much as Holler's Czech My Phone.
