A: Pours a clear orange/yellow color. A white head rises and gently recedes to leave some lace behind.
S: Hoppy aromas of citrus, grapefruit, light pine. Very simple, and by the books.
T: Again, its all citrus and grapefruit. I bit of a woody character, lingering bitterness. This is a pretty stock example of an IPA.
M/O: A medium body and moderate carbonation. Becomes smooth after a minute, and something that I can come back to at the brewery.
Great Heights does better IPA's, like their other Big Lebowski referenced IPA, Donny, Who Loved Bowling. Nothing particularly wrong with this, but a fairly average example of an IPA.

Had this beer poured from tap into an English pint glass. Bright clear yellow color, moderate head and lacing. Subdued smell of citrus. Citrus taste as well. Clean bitter finish. Decent but boring.

Pour is clear, pale golden yellow with a finger of nice, chalk white foam.
Nose is a wonderful blend of pine, resin, citrus rind, grapefruit, a bit dank, definitely some Citra
Taste follows. Citrus rind, grapefruit, dank, pine, nice and bitter, finishes with a bready cracker malt character
Clean, crisp, and easy to drink. Moderate carbonation.
Overall a very good beer. A nice American IPA that still has some bitterness and isn't just sweet fruit juice.
