Fresh can from the brewery. DRank 4/11/25.
Pour is a beautiful, crystal clear, golden yellow with a huge chalk white head. Great retention and lacing.
Nose is bready, doughy malt, hint of cracker, and grassy hops.
Taste follows. bready, doughy malt, cracker, followed by grassy hops and moderate bitterness. Dry finish.
Clean, crisp, dry
Overall a very good Czech Pils. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Nicely balanced and complex pils.

A: Pours a brilliantly clear golden/yellow color. A white head forms, that recedes rather quickly. Little lace is left behind. The clarity is pretty impressive here.
S: A bit of a mineral aroma up front, that leads to doughy malts and baked bread. Grassy hops comes next. Simple and enjoyable.
T: Like the nose that baked bread is up front. Like sourdough. Grassy, spicy hops mix in and a drying bitterness lingers.
M/O: A light body with effervescent carbonation. Super clean and finises dry. Really easy to drink. I can come back to this, and down in big gulps as the saying goes.
A really well done Pilsner. I hope this sticks around. The last Pilsner they made was only made once and I never saw it again. This is a solid offering that should be around more often.
