Fresh from the brewery; no can date, though. Drank 4/3/25
Pour is a murky golden yellow with a nice cap of chalk white foam. Great retention and lacnig.
Nose is tropical fruit layered over a bit of citrus.
Taste is peach and pineapple upfront and readily identifiable to me. A bit of citrus, but tropical fruit is definitely front and center before fading to a lingering peach and wheaty character.
Definitely has the soft mouthfeel you'd expect from a NEIPA.
The peach/pineapple was odd. I don't typically get that from Citra / Galaxy. Anyway, overall, a well made beer, but too sweet and fruit (hop derived, clearly) forward. I prefer a more bitter ipa.
