Smoothie Sour with guava, red raspberry, blackberry, lactose & vanilla. Whew. A lot going on here. But, it manages to work. Nothing overwhelms and everything comes together in a way that a lot of other brews with a big long list of ingredients can't pull off. Fruity and flavourful, tart and sour without being overpowering, appetizing nose. I guess the lactose takes the edge off. Interesting and enjoyable to drink.
