A regional Pilsner brewed with Canadian malt and Rocky Mountain larger yeast. This beer drinks as easily as the Niagara River flows.

Pours gem clear, pale straw (SRM 2-3). The two-inch head is loose and white before it quickly collapses to a thick, pancake batter blanket. Lacing forms a sheet on the bottom half and patches on the top half of the Laura pilsner glass.
The aroma is grassy with a light soapiness. There is a mild spiciness of hops, otherwise, not much going on here.
The flavor is crisp with mild bitterness and a touch of honey. It is rather bland for the style. The finish is long and mild, with light lemon.
Alcohol is more noticeable than 4.7% would suggest. Carbonation is modest and fizzy. It has a medium body and the texture of stiff nylon.
This would make a decent tailgate beer, as there is nothing exciting. However, it is easy drinking and relatively low in alcohol.
