750 mL bottle. Cloudy yellow. Smells of gin botanicals, doughy malts, lime acidity. Tastes lightly tart up front. Lemon lime acidity. A little bit of juniper, but the gin isn't as strong as the nose. Yeasty notes with the juniper linger. Medium body. Low carbonation. Pleasant.

750 poured into 11oz tulip. poured a cloudy pale yellow color with over an inch of white head that had good retention and no lacing.
The aroma had very pleasant grains, sharp, spicy yeast, and soft, yet noticeable, fruit.
The flavor profile was the same, just expanded and amplified.
The body was light and crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, i could drink another bottle, easily. Overall, a very fine brew, a must-try if you get the chance.
