L: deep grapefruit opaque coloring. Average head. Fizzles away without lacing.
S: Brett, oak, grape, citrus, wine.
T: Tart, yogurt, stonefruit, white wine, grapes. As expected, more flavors keep showing up as it warms.
F: medium-thin bodied, spritzy, dry finish.
Overall: pretty subtle. Similar to many HF beers. Pretty solid, but don’t love it. Prefer Santé. But in all fairness I usually prefer Santé to HF also.
4.25’s in every category.
