Golden Special Ale
Floodland Fred is a collaboration beer made with Hair of the Dog Brewing. This beer was made from Fred, a golden special ale brewed in spring 2022, and Senescence, a spelt saison brewed early in fall 2022. After aging in oak and stainless the two beers were blended and allowed to age in barrels from March 2023 to March 2024. The blend was then assembled and aged in tank before being bottle conditioned.
