Drive Out the Spirits is a blend of saison fermented and aged in oak and refermented on organic blueberries.
The 2022 harvest blend was created from aged wheat saison and barley saison which was then refermented on 'Rubel' and 'Jersey' blueberries grown at Bow Hill Blueberries in the Skagit Valley.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary, harvested in Chiliwist on 09/25/21.
