Ale Fermented in Oak
Une Saison en Enfer is a barrel-aged pale ale.
This beer was brewed in October 2023 with a grist of various fine barleys, hopped with Belgian grown Cascade, and fermented with an English ale strain. After fermentation the beer was racked to neutral oak with Brettanomyces and aged for 18 months. The barrels were then assembled and dry hopped with whole flower Washington grown Cascade. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.

Conditioned with: Organic sugar.
Cellar: This beer will age very gracefully. Best by Summer 2030.
