A classic German sour that we heavily fruited with over 500 lbs of passion fruit, pink guava, mango and peach. A veritable fruit bomb with an intensely tropical nose and flavor that is supported by a light malt sweetness and balancing sourness.

A: Pours a hazy pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and faint bright yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a tow finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a medium sized patch of extremely thin film covering a little more than 40% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical/guava, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/mango, and stone fruit/peach over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts and very light lemon citrus lactic tartness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lemon citrus lactic tartness. Finally there are moderate flavors of tropical/guava, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/mango, and stone fruit/peach. Light amounts of lingering tartness in the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing. Enjoyable and really highlights the additions of mango, passionfruit, and guava.

S: Moderate aromas of peaches are present in the nose along with notes of guavas.
T: The taste is a little sour and has flavors of peaches and guavas with notes of passion fruit and hints of mangos.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
