An extremely jammy berliner weisse fermented with vanilla and lactose and over 500 lbs of raspberries, sweet cherries and blueberries. Sweet jammy fruit and vanilla explode on the forefront with a subdued lactic and berry tartness to round it out.

Mostly clear dark pink with a light pink head. It's the opposite of the song, it is clean on the inside, cream on the outside! Smell and taste are exactly the same, not a lot of nuance, sweet, indeed jammy, raspberry, cherries, and blueberry with a huge backend of sugary vanilla, or as dorrough says, "trunk hit hard like kimbo slice". Body is bright yet creamy, has kisses of tartness, but short lived textures all around: generally a sweet sipper for summer. Did the name play a role into the decision to purchase? Oh yes, "let's ride!"

16 oz can. Pours a deep purple with a white head with little to no lacing. Bright berry aroma. Taste is lightly tart mixed berries with a sweet finish.

Appearance: Pours a rich, deep purple-hued body with a purple-pink, foamy head.
Smell: Leisurely lactic swimming with tart berries. Softened, just a skosh, but lactose and vanilla.
Taste: Its berry-based intensity is fairly close to what's listed on the can. I'd go raspberry, cherry and THEN the bluest of berries (blueberries). Lactic and soundly, sufficiently tart. Both the vanilla and lactose help to round things out, smooth them a bit, without becoming either irksome or off-putting.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: I'm a Comma Counter, these days. The more commas you see means more, usually unwarranted or unwanted ingredients, which leads to excessive eye-rolling, sighing and usually me moving on to the next beer. However, this was kindly gifted to me. And, I don't mind it. It honored one of my main requests with a high-comma beer: please, just don't be gross. Pleasant berry character, what little is sensed of the underlying beer is alright and the lactose/vanilla don't veer into melted off-brand vanilla Tootsie Roll territory.
