This pastry Berliner was fermented with an extra helping of vanilla, lactose, and then we heavily fruited this sour with juicy plums. Mildly tart up front, with a cool wave of sweet and luxurious vanilla and plum round out this sour to create a most delightfully luscious mouthfeel.

Pours like watered down purple drink. Milky, fruity, notes of plum and slightly sour on palate with a dry finish. Nose of now-and-later or fruity pebbles.
