This beer was generously double dry-hopped with Citra, Rakau and Bru-1 hops, and the result is a beautifully hazy IPA. Heavy notes of ripe pineapple and tangy citrus dominate, while a creamy and soft mouthfeel and a lemony hop bite round out this juicy IPA.

A: Pours a hazy pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate pale bright orange + bright yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit, stone fruit/peach, citrus/lemon, and tropical/pineapple hops with light to moderate aromas of pine + slightly spicy hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of wheat + oat + biscuit malts with a hint of honey-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of wheat + oat + biscuit malts with a hint of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavor of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit, stone fruit/peach, citrus/lemon, and tropical/pineapple hops along with light to moderate flavors of pine + slightly spicy hops. The hops contribute a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. A very enjoyable combination of hop flavors and aromas make this one I would gladly grab again.
