A hazy IPA brewed and double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere and Denali. Filled with dank and juicy hops, look for flavors of pine, mango, pineapple and slight berry undertones.

A: Pours a very hazy/slightly murky pale to medium bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/mango, tropical/berry, and dank resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + honey malts with a light amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + honey malts with a light amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/mango, tropical/berry, and dank resinous hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering citrus + tropical + dank hops flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a decent mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a pleasant hop profile and I would love to have another one of these tonight. Delicious.
