A clean petite farmhouse ale with blackberries that was aged in red wine barrels for 10 months. Red wine, oak and luscious, ripe fruit dominate all over. Without adding Brettanomyces or any souring bacteria, we allowed the subtle base beer to give way to the barrel and fruit.
