Our dank West Coast IPA brewed and dry-hopped with the beautifully classic hop profile of Citra, Simcoe & Amarillo. It’s perfumed with sweet and juicy naval oranges, fleshy nectarines and sticky pine resin.

Picked up a single 16 oz can at the Appalachian Vintner 2-1-23 for $4.40. Canned 1-18-23; consumed 8-26-23. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured chilled gold with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is nice, getting a nice stone fruit and citrus theme.
Taste is a lighter pale malt base that displays a lovely hop theme led by a peach and nectarine domination along with a background touch of orange and passion fruit. Finishes with a nice pine and rind bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and both creamy and refreshing.
Overall digging the stone fruit theme, nicely done!

A: Pours a clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + copper colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film covering approximately 50% of the surface of the beer and a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit zest, citrus/grapefruit pith, pine, earthy, and herbal hops over the top of moderate aromas of toasted + caramel + bready malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of toasted + caramel + bready malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit zest, citrus/grapefruit pith, pine, earthy, and herbal hops which impart a moderate amount of aggressive lingering bitterness.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. An enjoyable old school West Coast IPA with a classic hop profile and enough aggressive bitterness. I would definitely have another of these and really appreciate it when a brewery does a West Coast IPA instead of just making NEIPAs.
