We brewed this creamy Milkshake IPA with vanilla, lactose, oats and an absurd amount of mango. It was then excessively double dry-hopped with Citra, Azacca & El Dorado. Look for deep tropical fruit notes with smooth and creamy hints of vanilla that melds beautifully with the mango. These amazing hops help cut through some of the sweetness resulting in a slightly bitter, yet balanced finish.

A: Pours a murky almost milky pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint bright yellow + orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small to medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/papaya, and citrus/tangerine hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat malts with a moderate amount of lactose sweetness. Light aromas of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with a moderate amount of lactose sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of vanilla. Finally there is a moderate to strong flavor of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/papaya, and citrus/tangerine hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering tropical hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a very pleasant tropical hop profile as well as the addition of mango, vanilla, and lactose.
