We love our base Berliner so we decided to honor it by letting it to shine on its own. A traditional 50/50 malt bill of half pilsner malt and half wheat malt allows for a smooth, yet crisp base, while the lactobacillus produces a clean yet pronounced lactic sourness. Look for a pleasant bready character, notes of juicy lemon and some restrained tropical fruit thanks to our house Berliner yeast strain.
