Very hazy and vibrant yellow-orange color with two fingers of cream-colored head. It fizzes away fairly quickly, leaving a crown.
Marshmallow and saccharine in the nose.
Marshmallow, Wonder Bread and light, underripe mango in the taste. Lightly sugary up front with a relatively clean finish. Just the slight kiss of sourness peaks through mid-palate.
Medium bodied with decent fizziness.
Weird choice of additives for a Berliner Weisse, but the mango and breadiness as soft enough to work fairly well with the light sourness. The marshmallow isn’t particularly to my taste, though. Not bad overall.
