We decided to take our beloved Cadillac Rainbows and doubled damn near everything about the beer. At almost twice the original ABV, we added 2.5x the amount of fruit, and we even tossed lactose in just because. It tastes like Cadillac Rainbows on steroids.

Pours a cloudy medium straw color, appropriate foamy white head. Fruity aroma is mainly mango and passionfruit. Flavor is mango, passionfruit, orange, light peach. Swan malt base really allows for the fruit additions to shine. Light touch of sourness is offset by fruit sweetness, leaving a gentle dose of mouthwatering acidity. Carbonation is on point. Overall a very tasty beer, abv is well hidden. Reminds me of the “Coastal Sunshine” series from Humble Forager Brewery. Would buy again.
