Eureka! We’ve done it! This hazy is loaded with notes of peach & guava, but shhh…. there’s no fruit added. With thiolized yeast, we were able to release the thiols from a new hop varietal called Alora. Dry-hopped with Alora & Citra, our developers created a smooth, pillowy IPA. You’ll be sure to want to join this trippy experiment!
