Amber hazy color with a thick head with great retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with predominant herbal and caramel notes.
Flavor with notes of caramel, earthy and herbal hops, ginger, tea leaves and lemongrass. Dry and bitter aftertaste. It feels lower than its 45 IBUs.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Definitely, not my preferred profile for IPAs, too herbaceous and earthy with caramel.
