Appearance: It pours a dark caramel color with a head about an inch in height.
Aroma: Caramel malt notes, piney and grapefruit notes. Floral hop notes all through it.
Taste: Smooth mouthfeel at the start.
Grapefruit, piney and good malt notes wandering everywhere.
Overall: A nice solid brew definitely will pick this up again. Also very nice to see such an under produced style. Cheers.

Served in 16oz plastic cup on a Washington State ferry, headed out to San Juan Island. Poured a nice medium brown color with just a thin cap of tan head. The aroma was mostly semi-sweet malts, with just a touch of grassy hops. Similar taste profile, with the addition of a slight tang of hop bitterness at the back. The body was smooth and even, with a semi-sweet finish. Drinkability was great, i could have knocked back a couple more of these. Overall, a very nice brew, worth trying if you see it.
