Island time is a flavorful light porter from the Ono Brewing Company. I had a pint at the Tuscarora Inn restaurant in Leesburg Va. Served in a chilled pint glass, this beer featured practically no head (I hate chilled glasses), some filmy lacing on the glass, and a nice dark brown color. When held to a light, there were lots of ruby highlights. Aroma and taste included rich, bready malt, lots of coconut, and some vanilla. Mouthfeel was rich and malty, with a little "bite" from the vanilla. Still goes down easy and seems richer than the .abv would suggest. A good beer

Taster at Ono. Clear brown pour, filmy off-white head. Roasty aroma with a hint of coconut. Taste is coconut extract, sweet with light roasty notes. I was waiting for the suntan oil vibe to kick in, but fortunately, it never did
