Look: Very cloudy gold. 1.5 fingere of thick white head with endless retention.
Smell: Sweet and yeasty dough.
Taste: Biscuity, slightly metallic, mild spice. Very low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Average body, high carbonation.
Overall: Okay, but not much of a tripel.
