A - Pitch black pour with a dense fluffy toffee colored lacing ring. Carbonation is low.
S - Roasted chocolate, Espresso, and a slight bit of char.
T - Follows the nose with slight chocolate char, Espresso, some bakers chocolate, and ends with a balanced chocolate finish between sweet and bitterness.
M - Big medium body with some thinness around the edges.
O - Sits in the middle of the pack but what really impresses me most about this big Stout is how well the 11% sits in the background and is totally undetectable.
