An elegant looking beer pouring a very inviting 24k gold. The clarity is excellent only enhanced by the stillness it possesses. Above, a bone white coarse bubbled foam forms and descends into nothing more than a fine ring with no lace. Again, very elegant looking.
Lovely aroma dominated by unique funk and luscious white grapes. Notes of pear and forgotten attic oak fight for attention with just a quick zest of lemon peel.
The flavor leans more towards an initial tart lemon. White grapes carry the center of the load with a mild melon counterpart, followed closely by a damp, woody finish.
As with the looks, this beer is elegant in feel. Lightly carbonated, crisp, and slightly tart, with a slick touch over the tongue. Wonderfully balanced and remarkably easy to drink as I quickly find my hand reaching for another pour.
If this is Form, count me in. Some beers you can tell are the real deal. This beer looks, feels, smells, and tastes like it was born on a farm, even if it might have been produced in an industrial back alley. Regardless of its origin which is unknown to me, it's the real deal.
Cheers, and thanks to Arthur for this wonderful bottle!

Bottle, straw, bubbly and active head. Settles into islands of foam and collar. Slight cloudiness after careful pour.
Aroma has citrus, farmhouse funk and oak.
Tart, bubbly, lemony citrus, earthy wood. Layer of floral, almost like honey, funk blends it all together. Dry. A hint of mineral in the background.
Moderate carbonation and lighter side of medium body.
Very tasty overall, no major flaws
