Collaboration with Stable 12 Brewing Company
A wild ale with Pale malt, aged 2012 Strisselspalt, 2018 Mittlefruh, 2018 East Kent Goldings, and dandelion heads added at whirlpool. Traditional 90+ minute boil. Fermented with a wild culture cultivated from dandelion heads from The Woodlands in West Philadelphia. Aged in wine barrels for 5 months. Naturally carbonated and bottle conditioned. Enjoy!
