Hazy sunset orange with three fingers of antique white head. Decent retention, slightly rocky dissipation and solid lacing.
Lemon sourness and light funk in the nose. A little oak and a hint of sweetness, like an apple pastry.
The taste follows with stronger acidity and funk in the taste, but neither obtrusively so. Cheesy funkiness lingers in the aftertaste.
Surprisingly light bodied with tight, soft carbonation.
There isn’t world-class balance or anything here, but there’s a fun mix of the core expected flavors. Enjoyable. Batch #002.
