Fermentery Form "Grand Selection III"
$9/10 oz. on tap at the brewery on 23 August 2025
Look: Lightly hazy amber colored body beneath a creamy head of white foam. Better than very good head retention but just OK lacing which is actually fairly good for a sour beer.
Smell: Super funky, super woody, and loaded with fallen apple.
Taste: Exactly as the nose suggests. It's not bitter but it is fairly tart. There's mineral, earthiness, and a slightly metallic note in the finish along with some residual malty sweetness.
Feel: Medium bodied and lightly crisp.
Overall: Magnificent!
