Named after the porters who worked Centreville’s small port, this porter is hearty in flavor. It starts with hints of chocolate & coffee, and finishes smooth with a balanced barley feel.

16 ounce draft pour at Bull & Goat.
L: Clear dark brown pour, blocks out light, creamy tan head has decent retention and leaves specks of lace.
S: Moderate strength but rich, chocolate malt, light nutty roast, some fruity esters.
T: Roasted malt and coffee, dry overall with hints of nutty sweetness up front, tangy finish.
F: Medium body but thinner than the nose lets on, moderate carbonation, mostly smooth with a finishing bite, clean finish.
O: Kind of a classic straight forward Porter IMHO, no vanilla, no dessert flavors, nice.
