As much as I love this brewery, the vibe, the service, and the clientele … all first class … the recipes need a little more work. This one had a good bold appearance, head/retention, and mouthfeel, but an off flavor that seemed a little bit unintentionally mossy. Totally drinkable, just something slightly off.
