Gluten free pale ale
A grist of Pale, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Barley & Rice gave us a lean wort that was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra & Centennial. Dry hopped with Citra, Centennial & HBC431 for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness.

Light golden yellow color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of pine, passion fruit, faint lychee and bread malt. Mostly typical Citra.
Delicious flavor with notes of pine, orange lemon and grapefruit citrusy, lots of lychees, dank, floral and spicy hops. Dry and bitter long aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
That was a proper APA with bold assertive hoppy citrusy and piney notes with drops of lychees juice.
