Copenhagen 16/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Quite murky and dark can with what looks like a cliff with a red galaxy hovering above.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a midsized white head. Settles as thin, patchy lyer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with dry citric fumes. Sweet pale malts. Peach and passion fruit. Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a sourish twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice searing NEIPA. Not bad to hang out at the first level of the multiverse.
