Copenhagen 15/1 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. A dark starry sky on the can. Makes sense in the constellation series.
Pours hazy, opaque, holden yellowish a big white head. Stable. Settles as 4 cm thick layer of frothy foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and pleasant odor of tropical fruit mingling with citric sour notes. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and citrus. Hints of pine
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A pleasant nose and a more aggressively bitter taste. Good one.
