The first in a trio of beers where we start to explore different yeasts. In this beer we have used our classic malt base with Citra, Strata, Azacca and HBC630 bringing tangerine and sweet fruits to the citrus and passionfruit characters of Citra and Strata.

Copenhagen 31 20222. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Seaside with a snow-covered forest and a hill on the can.
Pours opaque, milky, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intensewith a sweet odor of perfumed, exotic fruits mingling with a fresh citric scent. Peach and orange. Grapefruit, lemon and hints of mustard.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A smooth and delightfully bitter NEIPA.
