Reflections series uses the same hop variety grown in two different parts of the world. This IPA showcases Chinook hops from both the UK & America, highlighting and celebrating the diversity in taste and aroma that can be achieved from a single varietal grown over two continents with aromas of citrus, passion fruit & apricot.

Copenhagen 19/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Mountain with snow-covered top with a tranquil lake in front reflecting the scenery on the can.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, exotic odor mingling with a dry, citric scent. Sweet pale malts, peach, passion fruit and papaya. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Aftertaste is rather dry.
Nice potent Indian Pale Ale.
