Copenhagen 10/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. A stream and a lot of greenery on the can.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity, slightly exotic odor mingling with citric scents. Peach and mango. Citrus and dry grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well balanced and reasonably intense. Good one.
