Pours a fairly clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is crisp and crackery with some spicy hints. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus peel. Very clean.
Taste is crisp, clean, light and a bit spicy. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus, knäckebröd, crackers and elderflower.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with good carbonation.
Overall, a light, very drinkable Helles.
