Clear golden color with a thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Refreshing mild aroma with notes of citrusy and floral hops, dough and malt juice.
Flavor with notes of floral hops, mild lemon citrusy, malt juice, a bit of hay and red apples. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. It feels lower than its 20 IBUs.
Watery body with appropriate carbonation.
They missed a good opportunity to do a very good beer, but it is just ok. Body should be enhanced with equivalent increase of the very same hops of their recipe which felt very fresh. It reminded me of a Kölsch rather than a Golden Ale.
