Great funky/neighborhood vibe with a good food selection as well as a rotating craft beer lineup, enough tvs to satisfy sports watchers and although kinda tucked away, worth a visit even if you have to park on the side streets.

 

Lawrence Beer Company is in a large stand-alone warehouse about 5 blocks from Mass. St. (downtown). It has a wrap-around patio with seating and a small, yet long green space. Inside is a large rectangular area with high ceilings and a good sized bar. The beers are all good at LBC. The food was tasty. My kids loved the pretzel bites and mac & cheese, my wife had delicious fried avocado tacos and I really enjoyed a Bahn Mi sandwich. Service was a little slow once the place filled up during the KU basketball game. Definitely worth a visit.
