Hazy pale golden colour, medium creamy head, long retention, sticky lace. Aroma of lemon, chardonnay, spices, coriander. Medium body, oily texture, good carbonation. Taste of lemon, pepper, chardonnay. Light and refreshing, but O can't finish anyway trace of oak, and no siesta of IPA.

Yellow with a white tinge, slightly cloudy with lots of fine bubbled carbonation. Topped with 2 fingers of creamy white head.
Smells of grapefruit juice, sweet and aromatic but bitter and acidic. A little pineapple as well.
Very fruity like tropical fruit, particularly soursop or custard apple. A little bitterness.
Overall, very light body, with moderate carbonation.
Got this at Tin Tin Cafe near Grand Canyon, Hang Dong. Drinking in Chiang Mai, Oct 6th, 2017. Unique brew, light and refreshing.

Very nice and fruity biere blanche with IPA style notes, not really IPA, but very interestingly done.
