Poured to a Ora et Labora taster.
A: Body is yellow with low haziness. The head is white, one finger thick, showing good retention and no lacing.
S: The aroma is a weird mix of resinous and citrus tones, having something that's quite off-flavour but it can find what it is. It seems like it's a Sour for some reason.
T: Taste starts off with a slight citrus touch but then has some roastiness that's totally unexpected. For the end, there's some hoppiness but not too strong as this beer appears to have fade out in the last months.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is totally perfect, giving the beer a very velvety touch. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is low.
O: First Caulier (28) and I'm not impressed with the flavours. However, the carbonation was really perfect.
